Product DescriptionThe DSC PG9936H Wireless Heat Detector delivers precise high-temperature detection in areas where smoke detection is not suitable such as garages, attics or kitchens. Designed to work seamlessly with PowerG enabled systems, it communicates securely and reliably using encrypted wireless technology. The unit activates when the ambient temperature exceeds approximately 135 °F (57 °C) or rises rapidly, triggering its built-in 85 dB alarm and flashing LED to alert occupants. With a three-year battery life under typical use and tamper protection included, it offers dependable performance and low-maintenance operation in professional installations.
