Product DescriptionThis Genesis cable is built for demanding low voltage installations that require full plenum rated performance and features two stranded bare copper conductors sized at 16 AWG which provide strong conductivity and stable signal transmission for security systems access control circuits intercom wiring audio runs and general structured cabling needs. Each conductor is insulated with low smoke PVC and the pair is protected by a foil shield with a drain wire that helps reduce interference and maintain clean clear signals in electrically active environments. The cable is enclosed in a white CMP rated plenum grade PVC jacket approved for use in air handling spaces and vertical building shafts where strict flame and smoke standards apply making it suitable for commercial residential and multi unit facilities. It supports a 300 V rating and an operating temperature range from 20 C to 75 C ensuring dependable performance across varied installation conditions. Supplied in a convenient 500 foot pulling box with sequential length markings it enables technicians to route measure and deploy cable efficiently during large scale professional installations.
