Product DescriptionThis Genesis cable is designed for reliable performance in demanding low voltage installations and features four stranded copper conductors sized at 16 AWG that provide strong signal delivery for security systems audio wiring access control equipment and other structured cabling needs. Each conductor is insulated with polypropylene and the assembly is protected by a durable black PVC jacket that is rated for direct burial and sunlight resistance which allows the cable to be used in both indoor and outdoor environments as well as in conduit runs. It meets UL 1666 CSA C22.2 No 2556 and UL 444 standards ensuring dependable performance and safe installation in commercial residential and multi unit settings. The cable supports a 300 V rating with a temperature tolerance suitable for varied site conditions and it is supplied on a 500 foot reel with sequential length markings that help technicians manage routing measurement and installation with efficiency.
