Return Policy Overview

At Tristate Low Voltage Supply, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us for a full refund under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Special Order Items: Are not eligible for returns as sales are final.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process for Returns
  • Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment. Any return that does not have the RMA number listed outside the box will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Do not ship items back without an outer box.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Processing of Returns
  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Store Credit Issuance: If the return is approved, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and refund has been issued. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to show up on your account.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
  • Special Order Items: Cannot be returned for credit.
  • Opened Packages: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. As a wholesale distributor, Tristate Low Voltage Supply is bound by the return policies of the various manufacturers we represent.
