Return Policy Overview

At Tristate Low Voltage Supply, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them to us for a full refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
• Special Order Items: Are not eligible for returns as sales are final.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process for Returns

• Start a Return: Initiate your return through our simple online returns portal. Just enter your order details and select the reason for your return—no need to contact us.
• Automatic Authorization: Once submitted, your return will be automatically reviewed and, if eligible, approved instantly. You will receive an RMA number along with return instructions.
• Prepaid Label (If Eligible): Retail and Pro customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label directly through the portal. Simply print the label and attach it to your package.
• Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Place the item inside an outer shipping box and include the RMA number with your return.
• Shipping Costs: Retail and Pro customers qualify for free returns when using the provided prepaid label. Resellers and wholesalers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
• Special Order Items: Cannot be returned for credit.
• Opened Packages: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. As a low voltage supplier, Tristate Low Voltage Supply is bound by the return policies of the various manufacturers we represent.
